CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The order passed by the Court below is set aside and the amount is directed to be paid immediately to the petitioners. As regards the amount due to parents, there need be no direction for deposit in bank as held by the Supreme Court in H.S. Ahammed Hussian Vs. Irfan Ahammed AIR 2002 (SC) 2483. The same issue has been dealt by this Court on various occasions in Satnam Singh Vs. National Insurance Company and another 2005(4) RCR (Civil) 393; Smt. Sita Devi Vs. Hasan Mohammad etc. 2006(2) RCR (Civil) 215; and Dharam Pal Vs. Hoshiyar Singh and others 2007(5) RCR (Civil) 806. I do not think the respondent-insurance company could in any way be prejudiced by the manner of direction given and therefore, I dispense with notice to the respondents.
2.
The revision petition is allowed.
