Both the counsel agree that the mesne profits can be ` 75,000/- instead of ` 1 lac as fixed by the Court below. I direct the lower Appellate Court to endeavour to dispose of the appeal within a period of three months. The learned senior counsel appearing for the tenant agrees that he will cause no obstruction and give utmost cooperation to the Court for early disposal of the case in the manner directed by this Court.
