This appeal has been filed by the plaintiff challenging judgments and decrees dated 20.08.2016 and 14.11.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bathinda and the learned Additional District Judge, Bathinda, respectively.

The parties, it is submitted, are present in Court. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. The terms and conditions of the settlement have been reduced into writing on 01.07.2019. RSA No.410 of 2019(O&M) [2] settlement/conciliation dated 01.07.2019 is attached with CM No.8511-C of 2019. It is prayed that this appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties. It has been agreed that sale-deed pursuant to agreement to sell dated 10.07.2013 shall be executed by all the three appellants and respondent No.3-Jaskaran Singh, who has now attained majority. It is submitted that sale-deed qua the share of respondent No.4, who is still minor, shall be executed within fifteen days of obtaining permission from the court of competent jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 as well as respondents No.3 and 4 affirm and verify the factum of settlement between the parties. They also pray for disposal of the appeal in terms of the compromise. Keeping in view the compromise arrived at between the parties as well as their specific stand, this appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement dated 01.07.2019 (Annexure A5) which, needless to say, shall form part of the decreesheet. Application also stands disposed of. ( LISA GILL ) July 04 , 2019.
