*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned orders dated 08.11.1983, 25.05.1987 and 22.07.1993 (Annexures P-1 to P-3 respectively). 2.

On 19.11.2024, the following order was passed: "Mr. Angrej Singh (son of the petitioner), who is present in the Court, informs that the petitioner-Surjan Singh has expired and in this regard he places death certificate of the deceased-petitioner (Surjan Singh), which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. He seeks a short accommodation to move necessary application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased-petitioner (Surjan Singh) and also to engage new counsel.

As a proof of his identity, he has also placed on record the photocopy of his Aadhar Card, which is taken on record and marked as Mark 'A'.

2.1 Till date, neither any application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased-petitioner has been filed nor there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner in Court today.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
