RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.0015, dated 04.04.2019, under Sections 406, 498-A IPC and under Section 420 IPC added later on, registered at Police Station NRI, District Ludhiana, against the petitioner and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, however, he prays that petitioner may be granted exemption from personal appearance as he is an aged person. Allowed as prayed for.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is directed that if the petitioner moves an application for exemption from personal appearance before the Court of competent jurisdiction, the concerned Court is requested to deal with the same sympathetically.
