Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 BNSS is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.290 dated 13.12.2024 under Sections 5/13(2), 17 of the Haryana Govansh Sanrakshan & Gosamvardhan Act, 2015 and 11,59,60 of Animal Cruelty At, 1960 registered at Police Station Nagina, District Nuh. Status report dated 17.02.2025 by way of affidavit of HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Firojpur Jhirka has been filed on behalf of respondent-State, the same is taken on record. 2.

In the present case, name of the petitioner is disclosed by the secret informant along with the names of other co-accused. Earlier also, petitioner was found involved in similar nature of cases. 3.

No ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

However, in case, petitioner surrenders before the Court and file his regular bail application, same would be decided expeditiously, preferably within 01 week.

Present petition stands dismissed.
