-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) The State counsel on instructions from ASI Mukesh Kumar apprised the Court that prosecution has already concluded its evidence and now the case is adjourned to 9.3.2023 for recording statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

Faced with the above, counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition but further submits that direction be given to the learned Court to decide the matter in a time bound manner. In view of the above, the petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial in a time bound manner preferably within a period of 3 months from today.
