Learned counsel for the respondent-landlord would contend that the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the respondent-landlord has already taken the possession of the premises in dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this fact. Accordingly, the present revision petition is segregated from the bunch of 18 cases.
