CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL
Present:
Mr. S.K. Yadav, Advocate for the petitioner.
-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Costs of `2500/- has been deposited vide receipt dated 18.12.2018.
The present revision petition is directed against the orders dated 21.03.2016 and 31.01.2014 whereby the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC was dismissed. Mr. Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner very fairly stated that suit filed by the petitioner-plaintiff for injunction has been decreed.
It is settled law that an interim order merges into decree. If there is any grievance left, the petitioner can seek execution of the decree.
In view of aforementioned circumstances, while upholding the order under challenge, the revision petition stands disposed of.
