RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of order dated 02.04.2019 passed by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalandhar, vide which case in FIR No.38, dated 09.03.2017, registered at Police Station Adampur, District Jalandhar (Rural) under Sections 406, 498-A IPC has been wrongly ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn and file consigned to the record room. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file revision petition before the Sessions Court in accordance with law.

Allowed as prayed for.
