The application for production of document which was filed previously was withdrawn and a fresh application was filed for the same relief. The Court has allowed it.

The counsel appearing on behalf of the party who has been directed to produce the document is in revision against the order complaining that no permission had been taken for filing a fresh application. I will not find rules of Order 23 CPC to be applicable for production of document.
