The petitioner is aggrieved that an application for restitution is pending for more than a year. A person, who is successful in obtaining a reversal of the judgment must have the benefit of restitution in accordance with law. There can literally be no objection at all from a party other than in the situation where still a higher forum grants stay. Otherwise restitution is matter of course. The Court below is directed to dispose of the restitution application within 8 weeks and report to this Court. Very serious view will be taken by this Court if there is any lapse on the part of the Court below.

The revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. The petitioner is at liberty to file a copy of the order before the Court and obtain suitable orders. Needless to say that such order will be passed by the Court only after serving notice to the counsel to the opposite side. (K.
