Instant revision petitioner has been filed for directing the trial Court to decide petition bearing CM-134-2023 in CS-1075-2023 filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC titled as 'Shivanu Aggarwal Vs. Amit Goel & others' pending before the Civil Judge, Jr. Division, Yamuna Nagar expeditiously and in a time bound manner.

Vide order dated 23.04.2024 passed by this Court, status report from the concerned Court was called.

In compliance of order dated 23.04.2024 passed by this Court, status report from the trial Court has been received and it has been submitted therein that the contempt application was filed on 26.09.2023. Thereafter, the case was fixed for service of respondents. On 27.10.2023, the case was adjourned for filing reply on behalf of the HARJEET KAUR 2024.05.22 11:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document HIGH COURT CHANDIGARH

CR-310-2024 (O&M) -2appearing respondents. Thereafter, two adjournments were sought for filing of the reply and now the case is fixed for 14.05.2024 for filing of the reply on behalf of the respondents.

So from the aforesaid report, it transpires that though this petition has been filed on 26.09.2023, but the reply to this petition is yet to be filed.

The trial Court is directed to dispose off the petition filed by petitioner/plaintiff under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC expeditiously in accordance with law and without granting any unwarranted adjournments.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
