(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to fairly reinvestigate the complaint dated 09.02.2018 given by the petitioner (Annexure P1) or to get the same investigated through some higher authority.

Reply by way of affidavit of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, District Fazilka is already on record and as per the report annexed with the reply, the complaint of the petitioner was duly enquired into by the Deputy Superintendent of Police Sub Division Jalalabad and it was found that the petitioner is having some money transaction with one Harbant Singh but could not produce any evidence regarding respondent No.4 - Gagandeep, having cheated him with Rs.15 lacs. A copy of the detailed report is attached with the reply as Annexure R1.

In view of the above,, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
