A partner of firm who gave statement which was factually correct that the firm was not registered wanted to substitute through an affidavit the actual fact of registration of the firm and bring proof of such registration through document of registration. The Court has declined the opportunity to bring on record the document and the additional affidavit sought to be filed. The Court ought to have received it. If there was any statement made which is factually incorrect, the party shall be at all times entitled to bring the factual details in Court.
