The petitioner will not be heard to say that the side has been closed by the Court without affording sufficient opportunity. It will be open to the petitioner to approach the very same Court and set out reasons as to why he could not be present and provide justification for his absence. If the petition is filed setting out circumstance of his absence, the Court will examine the facts and pass appropriate orders including an order setting aside the closing of evidence and allowing for opportunity to be given to the petitioner.

The revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
