Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 40 dated 04.04.2018, registered under Section(s) 306 & 34 IPC at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Sukhjit Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector, contended that the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is not required for further investigation in any way.
