MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction to the respondents to register a criminal case/FIR against the culprits as per the facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel inter alia contends that despite a complaint having been made to respondent No.3-S.S.P., SAS Nagar (Mohali) followed by a Legal Notice dated 15.12.2019 (Annexures P1 and P2 respectively), no concrete steps have been initiated by the Investigating Agency against the culprits. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is considered appropriate to dispose of this petition, with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali)-respondent No.3 to look into the complaint (Annexure P1) and take appropriate action as may be required expeditiously, preferably within three months.
