Defendants No.2 and 3 who have been impleaded as subsequent purchasers have been prevented from cross-examining the 1st defendant who had given his evidence by order of Court. The order is erroneous.

Defendant Nos.2 and 3 will be permitted to cross-examine the 1st defendant before the cross-examination of the plaintiff begins. If the plaintiff has already cross-examined the 1st defendant, defendant Nos.2 and 3 will be permitted to cross-examine him and the plaintiff will be permitted to cross-examine the 1st defendant again, if he so wishes. 3.

The revision petition is allowed with the above directions, dispensing with notice to the respondents.
