(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside Draft Publication of Electoral Rolls list dated 20.12.2023 (Annexure P-1) of Gram Panchayat Sidwan, prepared by respondent No.5 being authorized officer, in compliance to notice dated 09.12.2023 (Annexure P-2).

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to move a representation before the competent authority for redressal of their grievance, in accordance with law. 3.
