***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 25.09.2020 (Annexure P7) being in violation of order (Annexure P-5) of Hon'ble Supreme Court and judgment (Annexure P-6) of this Court to the extent the permit of respondent No.4 has been changed from Contract Carriage to Stage Carriage.
