The revision petition is for recall of the order passed by the Court below which has closed the defendant's evidence. There is a procedure prescribed by this Court in Santosh Kumar Berry Vs. Nirmala Devi and others 2013(1) PLR 404 as to how in such a situation the party may apply to the very same Court and seek for reopening of the case for recall of witnesses. The order passed already cannot be taken as irreversible by the same judge if an application is filed in the manner referred to above. 2.

The revision petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the very same trial Court and secure orders in the manner contemplated in the aforesaid judgment.
