The revision petition is against an order accepting the petition for rejection of plaint. Rejection of plaint constitutes a decree under the definition of Section 2(d) of the Civil Procedure Code which is appealable decree and not revisable. The petitioner is at liberty to present appeal against the order which is impugned before the competent forum and if there is any delay in preferring such appeal, the petitioner is entitled to seek condonation of delay under Section 14 of PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.07.07 15:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
