IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATES OF PUNJAB AND
HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH CR No.3137 of 2017 Date of Order: 17.01.2019 Indraj Singh ....Petitioner
Versus
Ram Sarup and Anr.
....Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL
Present:
Mr. R.S. Mamli, Advocate for the petitioner.
Mr. Sahil Vashishta, Advocate for Mr. S.S. Salar, Advocate for respondent Nos.1 & 2. AMIT RAWAL, J (ORAL) The petitioner is aggrieved of the order of learned lower Appellate Court whereby the appeal preferred by the defendants/respondents against the order of the trial Court granting interim stay has been accepted thereby vacating the stay. This Court on 03.05.2017 while issuing notice of motion had ordered status quo. It is apprised by counsel for the parties that the suit is still pending.
Without commenting upon the merits and demerits of the case, I direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eleven months by affording three opportunities each to both the parties. Till then status quo shall continue. Revision petition stands disposed of with the above terms. January 17, 2019 ( AMIT RAWAL ) manoj JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned:
