In the present protection petition, after hearing the petitioners on 19.01.2023, this Court passed the following order:- "Present: Mr. Kuldip Singh, Advocate for the petitioner(s). **** Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1Simranjeet Kaur, is already married to respondent No.4-Malook Singh and there is no child out of the said wedlock. Similarly, petitioner No.2Harjinder Singh is also married to one Gurmeet Kaur, who has not been arrayed as respondent in the present petition. Counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are unhappy with their respective marital relations, therefore, both of them have decided to live together in a live in relationship. Counsel also submits that both the petitioners are ready to resolve their disputes in all possible manners with their respective spouses.

Adjourned to 03.02.2023.

Meanwhile, counsel for the petitioners would move an appropriate application for impleading wife of petitioner No.2-Gurmeet Kaur as respondent in the present petition. " 2.
