After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present revision petition on merits and prays that the petitioner, who has been running his business in the premises for the last over 30 years, may be granted some reasonable time to vacate the premises.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection if some reasonable time is granted to the petitioner to vacate the premises.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has been running his business in the premises for the last over 30 years, this Court deems it appropriate to grant time to the petitioner upto 30.04.2025 to vacate the premises and hand over peaceful possession of the same to any of the legal heirs of the respondent. Till then the petitioner shall continue to pay the rent, AMAN JAIN 2024.03.16 06:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

CR-586-2024 (O&M) -2after adjusting the amount which has already been paid in advance. The petitioner shall also furnish an undertaking to this effect before the Rent Controller within a period of 15 days from today. In case the undertaking is not furnished as directed, the present petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed.
