***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even, for the last two dates, none had made appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It is noticed by the Court that vide the application, which was dismissed vide the impugned order, the petitioner had sought release of 50% of the amount lying in the FDR, which was ordered by this Court to be deposited and further it was observed that the said amount shall remain in the Court deposits, subject to further directions from this Court. Thereafter, subsequent order was passed by this Court, while observing that 50% of the amount deposited shall be released to the claimants, whereas 50% shall be retained in the Court and in case of aforesaid amount having not been deposited in the Bank in FDR, the Court below shall do the needful, so that the same earns interest. Copy of the order dated 18.11.2023 has been supplied by learned counsel for respondent No.4 in the Court today, which is taken on record.

2023:PHHC:146713 CR-3149-2017 (O&M) Also, it is evident from the copy of judgment passed on 21.10.2015 that this Court had disposed of bunch of FAOs, which also included FAO-3947-2010.

In the given circumstances, when none is making appearance on behalf of the petitioner, no further order is required to be passed in the present case.
