ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to remove the staircase constructed forcefully allegedly by encroaching upon the public street. Same is also stated to illegally be mounted on boundary wall/courtyard of the house of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent No.4 is using the staircase for a shop constructed on 1st floor. The said staircase is being used by general public to access the shop and privacy of the house of the petitioners is in danger at all times. Petitioners submitted various representations and complaints but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.

No grounds worthy of interference in extra ordinary writ jurisdiction are made out.
