*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 and 2 to re-issue the passport of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent(s)-Union of India informs the Court that the passport of the petitioner already stands dispatched to the petitioner, therefore the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
