Petitioners have impugned order dated 15.03.2016 passed by Additional District Judge, Hoshiarpur whereby they have been directed to pay `2,000/- as compensation for occupation of the house in question. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he forgoes his claim for compensation. However, appeal may be decided at an early date. In view of above, order dated 15.03.2016 passed by impugned order passed by Additional District Judge, Hoshiapur is hereby set-aside. Revision petition is allowed in these terms.

It is directed that appellate court shall endeavor to conclude the proceedings as early as possible.
