Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and to prevent unnecessary harassment caused at the hands of the respondents illegally and without due course of law.
