The petitioner is aggrieved that the Executing Court is not executing the decree for specific performance but merely adjourning the case on several occasions without any justification. If there is no order of stay by the Appellate Court, the Executing Court shall not unnecessarily adjourn the case time and again. It shall mind its work as is expected of it in judicial function and pass appropriate order in execution petition as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks.
