**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to respondents to allow him to join against the posts of Assistant Professor/Extension Lecturer (Computer Science), which is lying vacant in Government College, Radour, Yamuna Nagar, in view of guidelines dated 13.07.2018. Petitioner was working on the post of Extension Lecturer/Assistant Professor in the subject of Computer Science in the Government College, Naraingarh, Amabala and was relieved due to insufficient workload. But now three posts of Assistant Professor Computer Science are lying vacant and as per the above guidelines, the petitioner can be adjusted. In this regard, petitioner has given representation dated 20.12.2018 (P-3) but no action has been taken till date.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case,this petition is disposed of by giving direction to respondents to consider the representation dated 20.12.2018 (P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law, only if NET qualified candidates are not available.
