3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The application for recalling of expert for further crossexamination was declined by the trial Court. The trial Court has observed that the plaintiff had availed to himself sufficient opportunities and even in the application for recall of the witnesses, nothing has brought as to what was the important point that was left to be asked and how an additional cross-examination will advance the case. The Court has also observed that a mere engagement of yet another counsel will not secure the position better for a party to be indefinitely allowing to themselves the opportunity to cross-examine. There is nothing extraordinary or illegal about an order to make an interference under Article 227 of the Constitution. 2.
The revision petition is without merit and it is dismissed. (K.KANNAN) JUDGE May 20, 2016 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2016.05.23 14:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
