It has been taken up today on an application moved by the petitioner for grant of permission to withdraw the revision petition for the reason that the main rent petition has been finally disposed of by Rent Controller, Chandigarh, inasmuch as it has been withdrawn by the petitioner landlord.

It being so, the application is allowed.
