The grievance of the petitioner is that the case before the Commissioner under the Workmen's Compensation Act is not being disposed of. The petitioner will use all its skills and resources to make the issue of imminent need for disposal of the case quickly to be felt by the Presiding Officer. Apart from sharing the grief that there are several systematic causes that afflict the judicial dispensation in several forums, I may not be able to render any assistance to the petitioner. I will exhort to the Presiding Officer to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.

The revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
