Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

At the outset, it has been submitted by learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amrik Singh, that no FIR has been registered against the petitioners. However, he submits that there is one complaint, which is being inquired into and necessary action will be taken only in accordance with law.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of as premature. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court as and when he has any cause of action. January 16, 2025 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
