(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the question of law raised in the present petition is covered by the judgment of this Court passed in CWP No.6229 of 2018, titled as "Baldev Singh Saini vs. Haryana State Federation of Consumers' Cooperative Wholesale Stores Ltd." decided on 05.12.2019.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 is not able to rebut the said fact that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been decided by this Court in favour of the petitioner therein while deciding CWP No.6229 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the present petition may also be disposed off in the same terms as in CWP No.6229 of SONIKA 2022.07.20 00:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
