The counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that in the present case the police filed cancellation report on which the petitioner filed Protest Petition (Annexure P-2) on 30.09.2022 and the same is pending in the Court of Illaqa Magistrate concerned. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner further submits that the only prayer of the petitioner is that the Court concerned be advised/directed to dispose of the said Protest Petition expeditiously, in accordance with law. 3.

Notice of Motion.

Mr. Neeraj Sheoran, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 and submits that the necessary directions may be given to the Court concerned as has been prayed by the counsel for the petitioner.
