(Oral) The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the constitution of India for setting aside impugned order dated 29.11.2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sirsa, whereby, the claim petition has been ordered to be dismissed qua respondent No.2, who is the owner of the vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners could not deposit the publication charges and the claim petition qua respondent No.2 has been dismissed. Learned counsel further submits that the family was dependent upon the income of the deceased and the petitioners are facing financial crisis because of the death of sole earning family member. There is no other source of income of the family. At the end, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order of publication was for 'Amar Ujala, Delhi' and the charges are very high whereas the publication can be in 'Chardi Kalan' newspaper and the petitioners are ready Neetu Rani 2017.01.31 10:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CR No.321 of 2017 to deposit the publication charges for 'Chardi Kalan'. By considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners; in the interest of justice and without issuing notice to other party as unnecessary expenses would be incurred, the present revision petition is allowed and impugned order dated 29.11.2016 is set-aside.
