RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to take action as per law against private respondents who wrongly and illegally possessed the house of the petitioner by disconnecting the electricity connection of the house by preparing forged documents with a further prayer to issue directions to respondent No.2 to decide the representation, dated 13.07.2022, Annexure P-3. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representation, dated 13.07.2022, Annexure P-3 is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Karunesh Kaushal, AAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.
After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the record, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent MEENU 2023.01.20 14:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
