It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is apprehending danger to her life and liberty and she had moved a representation dated 13.01.2025 (Annexure P-3) before the Superintendent of Police, Yamunanagar, but till date no action thereon has been taken. He submits that for the purpose of this petition, the petitioner will be satisfied if directions are given to respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 13.01.2025 Annexure P-3 in accordance with law in an expeditious manner. 3.
