(ORAL) CRM No.20175 of 2021 This application has been moved on behalf of respondents No.4 and 5 with a prayer to clarify the order dated 29.01.2021 passed by this Court in the main petition bearing CRM-M No.4186 of 2021. However, learned Senior counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for applicants-respondents No.4 & 5 request for taking up the above-mentioned main petition on the Board today while submitting that they are ad-idem that the same (main petition) be disposed of with the direction to the concerned Revisional Court, to decide the revision petition SEEMA SHARMA 2021.12.20 18:12 I attest to the accuracy of this order

pending before it, within some specific time frame and the said order dated 29.01.2021 may continue till the date of the decision of the same. In view of these submissions, the afore-said main petition is taken on the Board today itself and the instant application stands disposed of accordingly.

CRM-M No.4186 of 2021 In view of the above-discussed submissions as made by learned counsel for the private parties, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the concerned Revisional Court to decide the revision petition, as pending before it, within two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

The order dated 29.01.2021, as passed by this Court in the present petition, shall remain operative till the decision of the said revision petition.
