Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.59 dated 18.06.2020, registered at Police Station City Nakodar, District Jalandhar Rural, under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014. Vide order dated 07.07.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
