**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, states that in the present writ petition, the petitioner restricts his prayer only for a decision on the appeal, which he filed against the order dated 02.08.2018 (Annexure P-8).

Counsel for the petitioner further states that against the impugned order dated 02.08.2018 (Annexure P-8) by which the punishment of 10% cut in pension for a period of three years, the petitioner had filed an appeal immediately, which has been attached as Annexure P-9) and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said legal notice.

CWP-1358-2019 -2Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and the arguments addressed during the course of hearing that the appeal filed by the petitioner is against the order dated 02.08.2018 is still pending, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the said appeal, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, in case is not decided already.

Present writ petition stands disposed of.
