RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) This is the second petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.144, dated 07.12.2022, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur, Punjab. The earlier petition filed for anticipatory bail by another counsel was allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn after hearing arguments at length. Now the petitioner has again approached this Court praying for the same relief. This Court does not find that this petition is maintainable. However, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
