ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that per his instructions, steps are being taken to withdraw the impugned proposed seniority list. 2.

Being so, it is expected of the respondents to carry out necessary exercise and frame the final seniority list after inviting objections from the concerned.

In the premise, no further action is required in the instant writ proceedings. Disposed of as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to revive the proceedings in case impugned proposed seniority list is not withdrawn by the respondents.
