Vide order dated 19.8.2013, a Division Bench of this Court had directed the revenue authority to expeditiously dispose of the partition proceedings.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that said order has not been complied with.

It has been informed by the counsel for the petitioner that final arguments have already been concluded on 30.1.2015, but the order has not been pronounced. This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the concerned revenue authority regarding the order dated 19,8.2013 and seek final disposal of the case. In case any such application is filed and the final order is not passed within a period of one month thereafter, it will be open to the petitioner to approach this Court again.
