The trial Court has called upon the plaintiff and his wife to give specimen signatures in Court to compare them with some earlier document which was confronted at the time of cross-examination and which was denied by the plaintiff. This ought to be taken merely as an exercise in discretion by a Court to attempt to get truth and I will not make any intervention in that regard.

The revision petition is dismissed.
