Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.255 dated 27.11.2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 283, 307, 323, 332, 353, 379B, 506 of the IPC (Section 333 of the IPC added subsequently), registered at P.S. Jhojhu Kalan, District Charkhi Dadri. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned and to make an application for bail before the latter, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
